All Tempotest Home Capstone fabrics are created using an industry first Long-Staple-fiber 100% solution dyed acrylic fiber. The fiber is our own construction of fiber that is over twice as long as normal solution dyed acrylic fibers used in the industry. The length of this fiber allows us to spin the fiber much finer, creating a super soft yarn that has the hand of the softest linen and cotton fabrics, but with the performance characteristics of solution dyed acrylic. All Tempotest Home fabrics use solution dyed acrylic fibers, meaning the color completely saturates the fiber resulting in unmatched colorfastness stability.
