Product Use and Care:
- This umbrella is designed for residential use and should be operated with care.
- Do not use in extreme weather conditions (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain).
- Regularly check and tighten all fastenings. Follow the use and care instructions provided to ensure the longevity of your umbrella.
- Wind Damage: We highly recommend that no umbrella, regardless of size or weight, ever be left unattended in the open position. In windy conditions, it is further recommended that umbrellas be closed, removed from their base, and stored or laid horizontally.
Warranty:
- The umbrella is covered by a 2-year limited warranty for Frames, and a 1-year limited warranty for Accessories.
- Warranty excludes damage caused by unreasonable or abusive use, or failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care, and any unapproved modification to the product.
Additionally, acts of nature (including but not limited to wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms) are not covered by this warranty. Closeout and Promotional items are not covered. - Limited Warranty includes: Powder Coated finish, frame, ribs, finial, tilt, cord, crank handle, housing, canopy and rib picket seams.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Customized or modified products may not be eligible for returns, unless due to manufacturing defects.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will be processed once the product is received and inspected by us.
Shipping and Handling:
- The product will be shipped within 5 business days of the order.
- Please inspect the umbrella upon arrival. Report any damage during shipping to customer service immediately.
