Custom Cushion of Arizona manufactures all products in USA, Phoenix, using the best fabrics and Outdoor/Indoor foam. Cushion Making Process from the beginning to end takes place in USA. We have experience and schooling in sewing for more than 25 years. Each item is inspected by the company; quality is guaranteed.

Custom Cushion of Arizona guarantees Customer 100% satisfaction; complete match of chosen and used materials, forms and sizes by a Customers. 

Our main goal is to make cushion replacement experience easy by creating user friendly guide and interactive shopping card. We welcome calls to discuss your order before or after completing online process.

If there is a shape, form or size which is not presented on our website, please email us a request and description of what needs to be done. We will find a way to satisfy our Customer and deliver specific product.

Our responsibilities:

Our company begins manufacturing process after online order is complete; therefore cancelation is accepted within 24 hours time frame after online order submission only.

I. Custom Cushion of Arizona guarantees for cushions damage free departure and arrival to the Customer. If package is stolen after it was delivered by Fedex and left at the door, Custom Cushion of AZ is not responsible for the loss. Please, inspect product when received, if damage has occurred during shipping, contact us immediately. We encourage you to specify in your order “signature required”. If you do, please check cushions before signing with the delivery agent for damage free products. This scenario is not likely to happen but we would like to inform you of a possibility. Custom Cushion of Arizona is not responsible for damage caused by sharp objects while opening any packages.

II. Please be aware that fabric images, displayed on the website, can vary in color due to computer monitor’s resolution. All orders are final after 24 hour period after submission. Custom Cushion of Arizona is not responsible for refunding the cost of fabric if it was discounted after it was mailed to satisfy customer’s order. We can arrange fabric sample to be mailed to you, it is non refundable. Sample label does not define the right side of the fabric. All cushions are made with the right side of the fabric, unless requested by email.

III. Custom Cushion of Arizona is not responsible for cushions that Customer doesn’t like because of seam options, ties, welting, foam, zipper, softness or firmness selected by the customer. If customer does not specify stripe direction, by industry standard it is vertical. If cushion is 3" thick or more, zipper placement is overlapped to the left and right by a few inches. Shipping date is estimated (varies by 1-2 weeks). If shipping date falls on a weekend, it's moved to the nearest business day. Shipping is not processed on weekends. Our facility is open Monday through Friday. If Customer needs delivery by specific date, we have to be notified at the time of the order placement. Custom Cushion of Arizona does not guarantee specific shipping dates.

IV. Custom Cushion of Arizona is not responsible for Customer’s error in measuring dimensions of cushions. Customer is responsible for providing correct information for cushion order. Finished product will be made within one inch from submitted measurements. Company will fix any errors in manufactured product made by us after recieveing incorrect cushion. Postage is paid by Custom Cushion of AZ.

V. Custom Cushion of Arizona is responsible for using materials selected by the Customer, manufacturing the product in the style selected by the Customer. When we schedule a pickup, Customer is responsible for complying with the schedule of a carrier. Returned cushions must be in unused conditions – no stains, odors etc.. When cushion requires a template, estimated shipping date changes. 

VI. Custom Cushion of Arizona is responsible for manufacturing standard ties - 12" pairs. If Customer orders different type of ties and not satisfied with them, Custom Cushion of arizona will refund the Customer for ties ONLY.

VII. Custom Cushion of Arizona is not responsible for fabric quality and imperfections on Customer Supplied Fabric. All issues with Customer Supplied Fabric is handled by Customer with Fabric Vendor.

Customer Responsibilities:

I. Customer is responsible for correct dimensions of cushions submitted, selection of fabric (due to monitor’s quality fabric color may appear slightly different). Customer may order fabric sample to ensure selection is accurate. Measurements submitted for pillows are taken on a straight line from edge to edge. Assembled pillows appear different in size because of stuffing. Custom Cushion of AZ does not modify any dimensions ( adjusting back height, etc...). Cushions are manufactured according to the measurements provided.  When customer submits credit card information, he/she claims the information is true and correct and she/he is the person whose name is on the credit card. Fraudulent activity is reported to the Police.

II. Customer’s responsibility is to provide correct shipping address; we do not ship to PO Boxes. If a Customer decides to return cushions and they are correct according to submitted order, Customer is responsible for any shipping cost and we will not rework this particular order. For all non standard shapes template is required. If old cover is presented instead, it is cut and used as a template.

III. When Customer makes a decision to purchase from Custom Cushion of Arizona, Customer agrees to all the terms and conditions and applicable laws. If you are uncertain, please contact us or do not place an order.

IV. Customer can place an order on hold for 60 days, if you decide to cancel, Custom Cushion of Arizona will charge cancelation fee of $30.00 per order.

V. It is Customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping address, if any rerouting is requested; carrier’s fee is paid by the Customer.

VI. If for any reason Custom Cushion of AZ agrees to refund customer for custom product, it is customer’s responsibility to ship product back prior the refund.  Refund will be made the same business day when cushion is received. Shipping is paid by the customer. If customer has questions on manufactured product, he/she MUST address them within 30 calendar days. Patterns are held in our office 30 days.

Website Information:

Custom Cushion of Arizona works at all times on the website content to be presented correctly. We are not responsible for technical glitches and reserve right to correct accordingly. We reserve rights to change content of the website and pricing at any time without additional notice.

Charges and Refunds:

We charge 100% cost before order sent to production because each order is custom made.

Custom Cushion of Arizona is not responsible for any bank charges caused by a Customer. We guaranty safety of entered information on our website and safety of transaction.

Custom Cushion of Arizona can’t speed up refund of any kind. Please see your financial institution for details of any transaction policy and time frames.

Custom Cushion of Arizona reports fraudulent charges to the Police. When order is submitted, received by the customer and charges are canceled is considered a theft.

We will dispute the charge back providing proof of delivery. Police report will be filed.

By submitting an order, customer agrees to terms and conditions of Custom Cushion of Arizona.

Custom Cushion of Arizona reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
