I cannot recommend custom cushion of Arizona enough. I have a very odd shaped bench that I inherited with my first home purchase and for the life of me I could not find any company who was able to provide a set of cushions for it. That is until I picked up the phone and gave Custom Cushion of Arizona a call. Robert is nothing short of an expert in his field and he guided me through the process from start to finish. Robert took the time to drive across town and measure my bench, provide color swatches on demand, and gave me his professional opinion on how I can best outfit the bench for my family. Fast forward a few weeks later and I now have beautiful looking cushions that align with the odd shape of my bench PERFECTLY... Robert even came out to deliver and install them himself!

My experience with CCA exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The team of Becky and Scott were very professional and friendly. They provided a price over the phone which dropped even lower when I came to the office and we remeasured my cushions. They quoted a week to finish the project and the material was in three days later. They completed the work ahead of schedule and at half the price of the other competitors I contacted. Working with Paula at Custom Cushion of Arizona was great!  Years ago they made long outdoor bench cushions for me which have lasted really well. So, in late 2021 when I wanted dining room chair cushions with modern velcro tabs, Custom Cushion was the only company I contacted even though they outside of my home state. These guys were wonderful! They saved the day! I would absolutely recommend Custom Cushion of Arizona to anybody.

I called them only 10 days before Thanksgiving to place an order for custom made cushion for my Restoration Hardware bench which was too low to sit on without it. I looked at RH website and the earliest I could get their assigned to this bench cushion was 3 weeks. The price tag was out of my budget. $2000 for one cushion?!? No thank you!

Junior and I went back and forth several times over the phone, texts and email. He went above and beyond to make this happen! He send me pics of fabrics that were in stock, got all the information over the email and phone, finalized the order and made sure it was done before thanksgiving. I was SO impressed and surprised when they called me two days later to let me know that the cushion is READY!!!

I needed new covers for an outside conversation couch..12 covers in all. I had a specific dollar amount I could spend. Junior painstakingly helped me to get as close to my budget as he could. He got very close and chose a very nice fabric. After picking them up and getting home I noticed two of the smaller covers were missing. They made them and mailed them to me since I live so far away. The experience with Custom Cushions of AZ was phenomenal from the moment I walked in the door to the very nice quality finished covers. I will definitely do business with them again.
