Introduction:
Arizona Custom Cushions manufactures all products in Phoenix, USA, using the finest fabrics and Outdoor/Indoor foam. The entire cushion-making process takes place in the USA. We have over 25 years of experience and formal training in sewing. We inspect each item to ensure the highest quality.
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, ensuring a complete match of chosen materials, forms, and sizes specified by customers.
Our primary goal is to simplify the cushion replacement experience by providing a user-friendly guide and interactive shopping cart. We welcome calls to discuss your order before or after the online process.
If there’s a shape, form, or size not available on our website, please email us with a description. We’ll strive to meet your requirements and deliver the desired product.
Ordering & Cancellation:
- Our manufacturing process begins once an online order is completed. Cancellations are accepted only within a 24-hour timeframe after order submission.
- All orders become final 24 hours after submission.
Shipping & Delivery:
- We guarantee that our cushions will depart damage-free. However, we're not responsible for packages stolen or damaged during delivery or for damages caused by sharp objects during package opening. We recommend specifying "signature required" for deliveries
- Shipping dates are estimates and may vary by 1-2 weeks, depending on material availability. Products are shipped M-F, excluding major holidays. If you need delivery by a specific date, notify us during order placement.
Product Quality & Returns:
- Fabric colors may vary due to monitor resolutions. We can send fabric samples (non-refundable) upon request.
- We're not responsible for customer preferences regarding seam options, ties, foam, etc. If not specified, stripe direction is vertical by industry standard.
- We'll rectify any manufacturing errors on our part. Return postage for such items will be covered by us.
Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate cushion dimensions and fabric choices. It is important to note that due to the nature of our manufacturing process and the materials used, the final dimensions of the products may have a tolerance of up to 5/8 inch. This means that the actual size of the finished product can vary by 5/8 inch from the provided measurements, due to inherent variations in foam or padding density and other manufacturing factors. While we strive for precision, this tolerance ensures the practicality and quality of our custom-made cushions.
- By submitting credit card information, customers affirm its accuracy and their authorization to use the card. Fraudulent activity will be reported.
- Customers must provide a correct shipping address (no Military or PO Boxes). Return shipping costs for correctly delivered items are borne by the customer.
- By purchasing from Arizona Custom Cushions, customers agree to all terms, conditions, and applicable laws.
