Due to the unique nature of our custom-made products, we cannot accept returns if the items were crafted according to the specifications provided by the customer. As these products are tailored specifically for each order, restocking is not feasible.
If we manufacture a product that does not match the specifications you provided, we are committed to rectifying the error. Once the original product is returned to us, we will re-manufacture the item to the correct specifications and ship it to you at our expense. Please notify us of any discrepancies within 30 days of receiving your order.
While Arizona Custom Cushions is not responsible for errors made by customers in their order specifications (e.g., size, fabric type, style), we value your satisfaction. If you realize an error in your order, please reach out to us. We will discuss potential solutions, such as resizing, provided the changes are not too extensive.
Any templates sent to us for custom orders become the property of Arizona Custom Cushions. We retain these templates for 30 days, after which they are disposed of unless alternative arrangements are made.
We strongly recommend ordering fabric and foam samples before finalizing any custom purchase. This ensures that your selections align with your expectations. Remember the adage from the textile industry: “Measure twice, cut once!”
