ARIZONA CUSTOM CUSHIONS RETURN POLICY
For any of our custom-made products, we are unable to accept returns if the products were made within the specifications the customer provided to us. These products are uniquely made for the customer when ordered, so restocking is not an option.
If the product was manufactured incorrectly, Arizona Custom Cushions will re-manufacture to the correct specifications once the original products have been returned to us. We will then ship out the corrected products at our cost. To initiate any corrections, you must bring them to our attention within 30 days of receiving our products.
Arizona Custom Cushions is not responsible for reworking custom placed orders if customer submitted incorrect information: size, fabric type, and style etc. However, we want you to be happy, so if this is the case, please contact us and we will review options with you. Sometimes resizing is possible, for example, if not too significant.
Arizona Custom Cushions does not return templates mailed to us, they become the property of our company, and we dispose of them after 30 days unless other arrangements have been made.
We encourage you to order fabric and foam samples for any custom purchases to make sure your choices will be the best possible. As we say in the textile industry, measure twice, cut once!
