If you are measuring existing pillow for a replacement set, please measure them from seam to seam across the edge, not including any welting that may be in place.

Width: This measure is taken from one side of the pillow to the other, from seam to seam, to the nearest 1/4″. Typical measurements are from ~12″ at the narrowest, up to 36″ or more for very large pillows.

Height: This measure is taken from the other dimension from seam to seam, to the nearest 1/4″. Typical measurements are from ~4″ at the narrowest, up to 18″ or more for large pillows.

Types:

Standard Indoor/Outdoor filling is a closed cell foam, wrapped with a Dacron padding to provide a full, high quality look not typically present with lower end cushions. This foam is long-lasting, antimicrobial, mold-resistant, and will perform well in either indoor or outdoor applications. It is well suited to humid and rainy environments, or poolside use.
Premium Indoor/Outdoor filling is similar to the standard version but is even longer lasting, it will withstand the extreme use associated with high-traffic commercial installations.
Dryfast is an open cell foam that will perform similarly to the Standard Indoor/Outdoor, but because of the open cellular structure will dry from exposure to water much faster. This foam is also antimicrobial, mold-resistant, and comes with the full dacron wrap for high-quality look and feel.
Polyfiber is a soft flexible filling material, a synthetic alternative to feathers, which enables a soft, comfortable feeling on back cushions and decorative pillows. This material is also antimicrobial, and mold-resistant, and is a good choice for both indoor applications and outdoor applications where it can be exposed to the elements.
Premium Polyfiber is an upgrade from standard polyfiber, it’s softer, denser, and even closer to the feel of feathers than standard Polyfiber.

All of our fillings meet the California CA-117 requirements for flammability standards.

Firmness:

Soft firmness is typically used for back cushions, bolster pillows, or seat cushions which are thicker than 5″ or more.
Medium firmness is a good balance between soft comfort and firm support, and is typically used for seating between 3-5″, or thinner back cushions made with foam.
Firm foam is typically preferred by customers who want to maximize support, and is most requested on the thinner cushions, both seats and backs.

It is possible to have cushions made with a combination of firmness, e.g. a soft top with a firm bottom, to take your customization to the next level.

Keep in mind that the thicker the foam, the firmer it will feel, even for softer firmnesses.
